Open Jumping is $12 an hour and includes jumping shoes and safety helmet (if under 18 years of age). Additional Hours are $10 an hour and you may also purchase a 5 Hour Pass for $50. There is no “General Admission” to come to the facility, enjoy the Arcade, Café, etc., there is only an admission to jump in the Trampoline Arena.

YES! Every jumper needs to have a liability waiver signed. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you (but does not have to be present when you visit the facility). Waivers can be filled out online, downloaded and brought with you or filled out at the location. Waivers will stay on file for one year.
*Waivers are not transferrable between AirHeads locations. You will have to fill out a waiver at each of our locations.

Jumpers 3 & under must be accompanied on the court by an adult jumper for increased supervision. There is no minimum age; the child must be able to walk. We also have court dividers that we can use based on activity at any given time. Depending on the time and traffic on the arena, small children may not be allowed to jump for safety reasons.

No, we always welcome walk-ins for open jumping which is always subject to current jumping availability on the arena. You may, however, purchase tickets online. We do take reservations for groups of 20 or more and they require a 50% deposit to secure your space.

We have two packages to select from, our FLY & SUPERFLY Packages. Both packages include jumping for an hour, jumping equipment, 2 slices of pizza per guests, and soda pitchers with a refill. Prices are $299 to $349 and we offer additional items like Arcade Tokens, Birthday Cake, etc. For more information on our party packages, please visit the Birthday Party tab.

We offer both pick-up games of Dodge Ball and tournament style games. Pick-up Games are based on availability, customer traffic and demand at that time. Tournament style dodge ball is offered Thursday nights from 7pm-9pm for $12 for two hours.

Our jumping shoes have increased safety features like being soft soled and ankle supporting and ensure no outside substances get on the court. Our safety helmets are required for our customers under 18 years of age and are optional for customers 18 or older.

For the safety of our other guests, we do not allow hard casts on the trampoline. If your cast is removable, we prefer that you take it off.
*The Safety Referee has the right to deny access to the trampoline based on cast material.

No outside food or drinks are allowed. The AirCafe’ offers everything from pizza to salads to wraps and all of your favorite snacks and refreshments.

We have the ability to divide the entire arena into areas where we can separate ages and sizes accordingly based on the jumping traffic at the time. We also encourage younger jumpers to come jump during the week or earlier in the day on the weekends.
