Our online waiver system makes it easy for you to sign liability waivers for yourself or your children.
All jumpers, regardless of age, must sign a liability waiver. If a jumper is under the age of 18, the PARENT OR THE LEGAL GUARDIAN of the minor must fill out the waiver (no exceptions). We encourage you to be prepared with the waiver filled out when you come to AirHeads for the first time and we will keep your waiver in our system for future visits.
