Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What are your regular hours of operation?

Answer:  Our hours of operation vary from location to location. Visit the website of the AirHeads Trampoline Arena nearest you, and click on the “Calendar of Events” tab to get specific information about times, classes, and special events.

Question: Where are your locations?

Answer: AirHeads Trampoline Arenas have locations in:

  • Largo – 12401 Belcher Road, 33773
  • Orlando – 33 W. Pineloch Ave., 32806
  • Tampa – 5077 W. Linebaugh Ave., 33624

Question: How much does it cost to get in?

Answer: There is never an admission fee to enter our facilities. Visitors are free to enjoy our café and visit our arcade. There is only a charge to jump in the trampoline arena. To get specific pricing information, visit the website of your local AirHeads Trampoline Arena and click on the “Jumping” and “Specials” tabs.

Question: Do I need to sign a waiver before I can bounce?

Answer: We have to have a wavier on file for absolutely everyone who uses the jump floor. If you are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must fill out the form for you, but once they do, it isn’t necessary for that person to be present when you visit. For convenience, waivers can be filled out either online or on location and will be kept on file for one year. It’s important to keep in mind, however, that waivers are not transferrable between AirHeads locations. If you want to jump at a different location, you will have to fill out a new waiver.

Question: How old do I have to be to jump?

Answer: Technically, there is no minimum age, but a child too young to walk is obviously too young to jump. Bouncers three and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Although we routinely use court dividers to separate smaller jumpers from bigger bouncers, during times of high traffic, very young children may sometimes be kept from the arena floor for safety reasons.

Question: Do you have any safety rules?

Answer: You bet! At AirHeads, we take safety seriously. When jumping in the arena, you will:

  • Always land on both feet
  • Avoid the top section of the trampoline, the green pads, and the netting and mats in front of flight decks
  • Stay in your designated jump section and steer clear of anyone significantly younger, smaller, or less skilled than yourself
  • Yield to fellow jumpers at all times
  • Take a break if you’re tired

When jumping, you will not:

  • Have any sharp objects in your pockets or anywhere else on your person
  • Intentionally collide or trip other bouncers or participate in any sort of roughhousing
  • Bring food or drinks of any kind onto the trampoline floor (that includes gum and candy)
  • Sit or lie down on the trampoline or the pads
  • Run
  • Double jump
  • Play “popcorn”

Question: How about group rates?

Answer: We offer a number of great deals for parties and events. To learn more about our rates, contact your local AirHeads trampoline park. Or, if you prefer, you can also visit their website and fill out a contact form. One of our knowledgeable representative will get in touch with you promptly.

Question: Do I need a reservation to jump, or can I just drop by during your regular hours of operation?

Answer: Walk-ins are always welcome, but our arenas can get crowded at peak times and we do have an occupancy limit. That’s why we strongly recommend making a reservation for larger groups. A 25 percent deposit is required to secure space for groups of 20 or more.

Question: Do you offer fitness classes?

Answer: Our facility in Largo offers a variety of low-impact, high-intensity exercise classes that will get your blood pumping and your pulse racing. Visit the Pinellas AirHeads website, and click the “Fitness” tab for a class schedule and pricing information.

Question: I’m thinking about hosting a birthday party at AirHeads. Is that a good idea?

Answer: AirHeads is a fantastic place for a birthday celebration! We offer many different packages that will provide everything you need to make your party a soaring success, including an hour of jumping, grip socks, use of one of our private party rooms, two slices of pizza per guest, and pitchers of soda. Depending on the package you choose, we can also provide tokens for our expansive arcade, a birthday cake, food platters, and more. For additional information, click the “Birthday Party” tab on your local AirHeads’ website.

Question: What about summer or holiday camps? Do you offer those?

Answer: No, not at this time.

Question: You mentioned grip socks in one of the above answers. Are those required?

Answer: Yes, every jumper must wear grip socks in order to bounce. Trust us, you’ll appreciate having them. They’re comfortable, and they reduce the chance of slipping on the trampoline floor. The socks will run you $2.99 and can be purchased at our front counter. Once you have them, you’ll be able to wear them every time you visit. Of course, if you already have your own pair of grip socks, you’re welcome to wear those.

Question: I have a cast on my arm. Can I still jump?

Answer: A plaster cast is great for protecting healing bones, but no one wants to encounter one in midair. That’s why we do not allow hard casts in our trampoline arenas. If your cast is removable, we prefer you take it off. Soft casts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if they present a safety hazard to other jumpers.

Question: Is it okay if I bring my own food and drinks inside?

Answer: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Our cafes offer everything a hungry jumper could want after a long day of bouncing, including chicken wings, wraps, salads, soft drinks, and more.

Question: Where can I keep my valuables while I’m on the trampolines?

Answer: You can rent a cubby or locker for a very modest price. Just be aware that AirHeads is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Question: My tiny tyke loves to jump, but might be injured in a collision with an older, bigger kid. Should I be concerned?

Answer: We can erect dividers to separate our arena into sections where younger bouncers can jump with children in their own age group. This might not be possible during high-traffic times, so we encourage younger jumpers to visit during weekdays or earlier in the day on weekends when the floor is less crowded.

Question: AirHeads seems like a great place to work. Are you hiring?

Answer: We’re always looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fun, fast-paced workplace. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Fill out an application at your local AirHeads, or online at www.airheadsusa.com/careers/.

Question: Can I book a corporate or group event at AirHeads, or even rent out the entire facility?

Answer: Yes. We are the perfect venue for gatherings of all sorts. If you’re interested in securing one of our facilities for your event, contact that location and ask to speak with an event coordinator. Or, fill out an online request form and a reservation specialist will contact you.
